Each year the club holds an Annual General Meeting in accordance with its Rules and Byelaws. A notice of upcoming Annual General Meetings are made to all club members
The purpose of the meeting is to:
Present:
- A report to members on the activities of the club for the previous year
- The accounts for the previous year
The meeting also is to elect officeholders for the club for the coming year
All members are welcome to attend with Full Members entitied to a vote on the points raised at the meeting. Full Members may also propose and/or second other Full members as officeholders.
