Erith Yacht Club operates a WhatsApp Community with a range of groups covering different parts of the club. This community is open to all however we do have some groups that are used only by members of the club.

Joining the Community
If you are interested in visiting, sailing, becoming a member of Erith Yacht Club or just want to keep updated with what’s happening at the club you can join our Erith Yacht Club Community.
Members of EYC are invited to join the community using their mobile number provided as part of their membership process so that we can identify and add you to relevant member only groups.

This group is available to anyone whether you are a member of Erith or not. A team of members including our Hon. Secretary and Sailing Secretary post general information and updates on activities at the club so you can see what’s happening. Only these people can post messages in this group.

EYC Dinghies
Everything related to on sailing and racing dinghies. Group membership is open to all EYC members.
EYC Prospective Members
This group is designed for people who have started the process of joining Erith and a team of members support those people to get out sailing and answer any questions they may have about belonging to the club.
Instructors / Safety Boat
This is a group used by our RYA Qualified Sailing Instructors and Safety Boat Drivers to organise our training activites. Please keep general discussion to other groups.
