Our clubhouse has excellent facilities to support sailors heading out and coming back off the water.
Shower and changing rooms
Our shower and changing facilities are warm, clean, bright and have ample space to change into and out of sailing gear and get a good warm shower afterwards.
Entry and exit to the facilities is via a dedicated door in the side of the clubhouse to allow you to keep wet or muddy clothing out of the main entrance way, bar and other administrative spaces of our clubhouse. Once dry you can head directly into these spaces without having to exit and re-enter the building.
To avoid clogging drains clothing should not be washed in clubhouse showers but outside in the boatyard where a hose, bench and sink are available next to the winch shed. We ask club members and visitors to use our facilities with consideration, help clean any mud or marks tracked into the changing areas and take all clothing and equipment with them after use.
Our shower and changing facilities are all fully accessible with lift access from the boatyard and level access through-out.
Toilets
The clubhouse has dedicated toilets in our shower and changing rooms for use by those in wet or muddy sailing gear. We also have separate toilets on both levels of our clubhouse in our ‘dry’ area with toilets beside our main entrance and upstairs for users of our training and events spaces.
Accessible toilets are upstairs in the main hallway and in our changing area on the main lower level.
Lockers
Lockers are available for storage of clothing, keys, phones and valuables while out on the water. In accordance with club rules and regulations valuables stored in the lockers are at your own risk.
