Jan Thomas is our RYA Training Principal – She supports other club members such as the Chief Instructors, Instructors and other volunteers in the operation of RYA Training at Erith Yacht Club.
- The Principal alongside the Chief Instructors are responsible for the standard (s) of all tuition and training equipment maintenance.
- The Principal and Chief Instructors are also responsible for all training activities held at the Training Centre and all vessels used in training.
- The Principal is approved by EYC General Committee and is supported by both Chief Instructors.
