What is it?

A weekend of racing and fun in dinghies and yachts.

This year, in addition to the racing, the new πŸ¦œπŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ”Erith Fun Committee”πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈπŸ¦œ have been furtively planning the πŸ¦œπŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ”Erith Fun Challenge”πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈπŸ¦œ scheduled for Saturday Afternoon. No-one yet knows what this entails, but it should be quite a laugh!

There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 1st female helm, youngest competitor, 1st beginner helm, as well as a separate ranking for race points adjusted for number of beginners on board.

Who is it open to?

Open here means that any sailor can bring their dinghy/yacht and take part in this regatta – however, this isn’t a try sailing day. Prospective members are more than welcome to take part, and experienced sailors are encouraged to take beginners as crew.

  1. Can Rochelle have a club mooring for saturday night?

    1. Plenty of moorings free, no probs for one night. Extended stays need application to the Committee and a fee.

  2. How’s it going? Do you have a trot boat available, or do I better bring my tender along?
