While our big event of the year is our Open day – this year we have some smaller bookable events where people who have never sailed before can get our onto the river and try sailing one of our club dinghies with the support of a experienced sailor from the club and under the oversight of our qualified Safety boat operators.
Ahead of the event tomorrow our dedicated team of members have been working making sure our club dingies are ready to sail. Yesterday they were at the club renewing the traveller on one of our four Picos, ready for this Sundays sailing event.
Members have also been out on the water making sure our Safety boats are in perfect working order after a restock.
