I am selling my yacht Mystic as I have recently purchased a slightly larger boat.

Mystic, a Mystere Flyere 26, is a very capable and seaworthy yacht and is remarkably spacious for her size. She has a seven horsepower Yanmar diesel engine that runs and starts first time, however is in need of complete overhaul, once put right she will be a straightforward and an enjoyable yacht to sail.

She comes with seven sails, 2 Main, 2 Genoa’s, 1 Spinnaker and 1 storm jib, her standing rigging and the navigation lights are also in good order.

Cockpit.

Stainless still steering wheel on pedestal with throttle to starboard side, mainsheet track forward of helm, stainless steel folding boarding ladder to transom, cockpit locker for storage, Jackstay’s run both sides of the deck, plastiom contest compass and a new canvas spray hood, fitted last year.

Galley/Saloon.

Offers 5 berths in two cabins, galley to port fitted with various draws and cupboards, gimballed two burner hob and grill, stainless steel sink and drainer with electronically pumped cold water, manual bilge pump, electric bilge pump.

Heads.

Plastimo electric sea toilet, with shelves and a cupboard.

ACCOMODATION etc.

The Forepeak houses a Simpson Lawrence Toilet with Standing Cover to access fore-hatch, shelf carrying Kedge Anchor and mooring gear and Main Anchor Chain in the Bilge.

The Fore Cabin has two full length Bunks with storage cupboards, hanging clothing lockers, shelves and under bunk storage.

The Main Bulkhead separates the Fore Cabin from the Galley on the Starboard side with a Washing Basin, cupboard and storage area, the water tank is in the bilge under the cockpit seats. To Port is the Navigation area with Table and Drawer, with a storage area under. The Domestic Battery is in the Bilge under the Cockpit seats.

A large 6’ Cockpit has Whipstaff Steering which enables six people to sit without any interference to steering. Housing for a Gas Tank draining out board and Rope storage is on the Starboard side, with a Ten Gallon Fuel Tank on the Port side. Self-Steering available.

The Rear Cabin has two full sized Bunks and two Quarter Berths going under the Cockpit seats, with a large central storage Box and Shelves and under bunk storage. The steering cables run round the insides of the cabin walls.

FORE DECK

Foredeck has SS pulpit with covered SS guard wires the length of the boat on SS Stanchions, Fore Hatch and Anchor on Starboard side, Spinnaker Pole on Stanchions. Mast hinges on Main Bulkhead with hand rails on Cabin Blister, lower Navigation Lights either side of Blister. Foresail Winches either side of Blister.

AFTER DECK

Cabin Hatch, Rear Boarding Ladder, Rear Light, Flagpole and Outboard Bracket on Transom. Radar Reflector on Rear Stays.

Lying at Erith Yacht Club, 22ft , everything works except the bilge pump. Simpson Lawrence toilet under the forepeak cushion, Depth sounder and DSC radio . Sails very well. Since she was purchased about 5 years ago she has been in annual use. Honda 5hp 4 stroke engine with charging coil purchased new about 3 years ago (Very low mileage). Genoa and mainsail in good condition. Old mainsail (useable). Since purchase : Rudder replaced with new Mahogany rudder, stainless steel rudder retaining bar replaced, bulkheads strengthened and painted, new steaming and rear navigation lights and new shelves in saloon.

Jouet Tarentelle 27 for sale. The Tarentelle is a design from the prolific French designer Phillipe Harle, she has an exceptional sailing performance for her size is stiff and well balanced. Jana Ina is in remarkable condition for her age it has had y 2 fastidious owners from new and its condition reflects this, the present owner has carried out a major refit regardless of cost which includes a two pack respray of the topsides, gelshield 200 below the waterline, window replacement etc
